Job Description:
Tele sales executives work in call centers where they utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to persuade customers to purchase companies’ products and services. They generate leads for outside sales teams manage customer accounts and promptly resolve customer complaints.
Responsibility:
Overseeing the customer service process. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention. Creating policies and procedures. Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
Required Skills:
Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
Answer potential clients’ questions about home improvement projects or goals
Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day
Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
Maintain computer telephone and other equipment
