Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ticketing Executive to join our team and manage ticketing operations during night hours. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ticketing processes for airlines and travel services, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ticketing Operations:

· Book, cancel, reschedule, and manage tickets for domestic and international travel.

· Handle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances of tickets as per client requirements.

· Monitor and resolve any ticketing-related issues promptly.

2. Customer Support:

· Provide excellent customer service via calls, emails, and chat during the night shift.

· Address client queries related to ticketing, fares, and routing.

3. System Handling:

· Proficiently operate GDS (Global Distribution Systems) like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre for ticketing and reservation purposes.

· Ensure accuracy in data entry and booking processes.

4. Coordination:

· Collaborate with airlines, travel suppliers, and internal teams for smooth ticketing operations.

· Keep clients informed about travel updates, schedule changes, and policies.

5. Reporting & Compliance:

· Maintain logs of transactions and prepare daily reports.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in airline ticketing or travel services (minimum 1-2 years).
• Proficiency in GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (certification preferred).
• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing policies, fare rules, and international routing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and a conducive work-from-home setup.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Candidates based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat will be given priority.
• Experience in handling clients during night hours or flexible with night shifts.
• Familiarity with visa regulations, baggage policies, and travel restrictions is a plus.

Work Hours:
• Night Shift (6:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST)
