Duende Design Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman - Architecture and Interior Design to join our dynamic team in Pune, Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities
• Create accurate technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD (2D/3D) and SketchUp.
• Develop modular and carpentry drawings with proficiency.
• Handle dimensions in millimeters and feet/inches, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Interpret sketches, rough drafts, or specifications provided by designers to produce professional-quality drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and team members to understand and achieve project objectives.
• Adhere to established drafting standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency in scales, dimensions, and annotations.
• Verify dimensions and materials to minimize errors and maintain quality standards.
• Ability to create Bills of Quantities (BOQ) is a bonus.
Skills and Qualifications
• Strong expertise in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Experience in drafting plans, elevations, sections, and details for interior design projects.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with team members and vendors.
• Bachelor's (UG/PG) degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Experience of 1 to 2 years in drafting or related fields.
