Role Description
This is a full-time, Draftsperson role based in Kochi. The Draftsperson will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and structural drawings in alignment with client specifications and adhering to green design principles. Responsibilities include collaborating with the design and construction team to create plans, making necessary modifications as required, maintaining project documentation, ensuring accuracy of technical drawings, and aligning the designs with site and material constraints.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in architectural and structural drawing tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Experience in sustainable design techniques and understanding of eco-friendly building materials.
• Strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and the ability to modify drawings effectively based on feedback.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with design and construction teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Diploma a related field.
• Familiarity with green construction practices is highly beneficial.
