Qualification- Diploma / ITI - Civil
Salary- Upto 5 Lac CTC (Including Acc. + Food)
Location- Indore, Gurgaon
Experience More than 5 years of Draftsman (Architect) (PMC Exp. preferred)
Job Responsibilities
Analyze building specifications, codes, and sites.
Create technical drawings from architects' sketches and specifications.
Use CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
Printing CAD drawing schematics for use by architects, construction managers, and structural and maintenance engineers.
Entering CAD data into building information modeling (BIM) systems to create 3-D models and renderings.
Prepare drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.
Visit construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.
Collaborating with architects and construction engineers to ensure adherence to building specifications and industry regulations.
Keep abreast of the latest developments and technologies in architectural design.

Job Responsibilities
Liaise with architects and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs
Calculate dimensions and requirements in materials
Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software
Design diagrams, maps and layouts to illustrate workflow
Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering team
Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality
Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards
Create manuals that describe existing products operation, features and maintenance
• Profile- Draftsman (MEPF)
Qualification- Diploma / ITI - Civil
Salary- Upto 5 Lac CTC (Including Acc. + Food)
Location- Indore Head Office
Experience More than 5 years of drafting in M.E.P.F (PMC Exp. preferred)
Job Responsibilities -
• Responsibilities included drafting, forecasting, scheduling and preparing project submittals.
• Review drawings, contracts, plans, and specifications for customer accuracy.
• To Coordinate and communicate with engineers and subcontractors to insure quality assurance for project completion.
• To prepare Drawing for Plumbing and firefighting.
• To prepare BOQ.
