We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented architect to join our team. As a Junior Architect, you will be responsible for designing premium custom villas and gated community projects.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing conceptual layouts, plans, and detailed working drawings.
• Creating high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for client presentations.
• Preparing construction and interior detailing drawings in AutoCAD.
• Collaborating with design, structural, and site teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Supporting project coordination and participating in design discussions.
Qualifications:
• B.Arch graduate with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, and AutoCAD (Photoshop knowledge is a plus).
• Strong sense of design, proportions, materials, and detailing.
• Enthusiasm to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
