LOBA GROUP is seeking an experienced Drilling Operations Supervisor to lead our offshore rig operations. This role involves overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations in line with established protocols.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Rig Manager, with at least 1 year on a Jack-Up rig. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
The Drilling Operations Supervisor will be responsible for:
• Operations Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the offshore rig, ensuring all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the rig crew, ensuring adequate staffing and strict adherence to company procedures and safety protocols.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all rig operations comply with safety regulations and industry best practices.
