About the role:
As a Home Delivery Driver Assistant, you are to assist with loading, unloading, delivering and picking up customer’s product with a Driver in a safe way and ensuring the quality and security of the products, and the completion of required scanning and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out your work as outlined in the company training modules, operations manual, policies, rules, standards and procedures.
Working in a helpful, friendly and polite manner, when dealing with customers and others.
Wearing the correct uniform and PPE that is supplied for the tasks you are doing, and to take care of them and your appearance so you represent Fliway professionally.
Assisting the driver in all pickups and deliveries.
Assisting the driver in all driving and parking situations to ensure that company safety measures are followed.
Performing all functions in a safe manner.
Completing all run paperwork correctly and on time.
What We Offer:
Full – Time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 3:30pm in Auckland.

Previous experience as a Drivers Assistant or within Fliway, or another transport company
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills
