Benefits
The expected starting pay for this position is between $15.76 - $23.65

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate
This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time

Responsibilities
Under close supervision, this position is responsible for loading, delivering and unloading products using various equipment types including flatbeds, box trucks and dry vans
The incumbent will assist with securing products, ensuring paperwork completion and accuracy, communicating ETAs to customers, unloading products at job sites, stores, or customer homes, communicating with JBHT management throughout the day, and cleaning the equipment at the end of the day
Incumbent must be able to work any shift to satisfy the demand for flexibility of scheduling to ensure operational success
This position has the possibility to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends in addition to overtime; it requires full-time attendance
Review loading tickets and specifications to select and load appropriate products onto the delivery vehicle
Communicate delivery arrivals to the customer
Assist driver with ensuring all paperwork is in order, accurate, and complete
Unload products from delivery vehicle using appropriate equipment such as lift gate, ramp, push cart or pallet jack
Interact with coworkers and customers in a professional, fast-paced environment to ensure customer needs are met while building a strong working relationship with a positive attitude
Maintain cleanliness of delivery equipment and workspace
Understand and promote all JBHT safety requirements including required use of personal protective equipment to ensure safety of self and co-workers; adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure job site is safe for product installation and free from hazards and obstructions that could endanger workers or damage the delivery site
May help in installing and assembling large appliances, furniture, and home exercise equipment
