Esthetician – 4-Day Workweek (Fri–Mon)
Spa’logy | South Edmonton
Spa’logy South Edmonton is expanding our hours and is currently hiring two estheticians to join our team on a consistent 4-day schedule (Friday–Monday). This position is ideal for someone who prefers working weekends, wants a predictable schedule, and values work-life balance without needing to work five days a week.
Schedule
Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am – 5:00pm
Monday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
29 hours per week, with the option to add Tuesdays (12:00pm – 8:00pm) for those seeking closer to full-time hours
Compensation
$16–$28 per hour, based on services performed, tips, and commission
Retail commission and upgrade opportunities
Earnings vary based on bookings and demand
Youth hires may be eligible for a government-supported wage subsidy program, allowing Spa’logy to invest further in training and mentorship
Responsibilities
Perform facials, pedicures/manicures, waxing, body treatments, and other esthetic services
Provide professional consultations and product recommendations
Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation standards
Support retail sales and overall guest experience
Work collaboratively within a busy, structured spa environment
Qualifications
Certified Esthetician (new graduates welcome)
Comfortable working weekends
Reliable, professional, and client-focused
Willing to learn and follow Spa’logy service standards
Available for all scheduled days (Friday–Monday)
