Duties
Assist in the construction and assembly of structures based on blueprints and project specifications.
Participate in construction painting activities, ensuring surfaces are properly prepared and finished.
Help maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris and properly storing tools.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
Qualifications
Previous experience in construction or maintenance person services is required.
Familiarity with drywall installation, caulking techniques, and construction painting is advantageous.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in the construction field.
