Job Description
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Preparing and daily updating of DSR: Maintaining the demand signal repository by updating it daily with the latest information on demand signals, shipment statuses, and order details
• Tracking shipments daily: Monitoring and tracking incoming and outgoing shipments in real-time, coordinating with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure timely updates, and resolving any discrepancies in shipment status while keeping stakeholders informed
• Tracking containers: Managing records for container locations, statuses, and schedules, keeping track of each container's journey to and from import sites, and reporting any issues or delays in container movements to the appropriate teams
• Collecting documents
• Recording and reporting data
