Fitzroy River Lodge Pty Ltd is an established business whose beneficiaries are six Indigenous communities in the Fitzroy Valley. We require a dynamic Restaurant Manager/Duty Manager for our restaurant.
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary Range: $70K - $75K + Super
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years
Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications or similar.
Tasks will Include but not limited;
Assist in all departments as required including Housekeeping, Bar, Restaurant, Front office, Grounds, Maintenance and Caravan Park.
Developing and training local staff and providing leadership skills.
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Complying with all licensing regulations.
Assisting business to achieve its community and financial objectives.
Ensure records are maintained in regards to security requirements.
Supervise the efficient operations of all departments.
