• Employee Engagement & Experience- Organize employee welfare activities for Vasai and Naigaon plan. Staff Outbound, Festival Celebration.
• Contract Labour Management: Analysis & review of HRMIS, Guiding Line Manager on Compliance, Timely availability of Manpower, work closely with manpower contractor to reduce absenteeism, Share daily OT report, Absenteeism analysis to line manager, Support line manager to reduce Overtime by manpower planning, Resolve manpower availability issue in Loss Review meeting.
• Salary Processing: Preparation of LTS of Permanent Workers, Salary revision of Contract Workers & Contract Staff, 100% accuracy in salary working. Preparing Salary Revision Letter of Permanent Workers & Contract Staff.
• Canteen Management: Over see Cafeteria operations on daily day basis. Should ensure cleanliness & hygiene standards are maintained. Reconciliation of Canteen Data for billing.
• MIS Management: Maintain HR budget efficiently and yield cost savings where possible without compromising quality of service. Maintain monthly manpower MIS, Administrative Cost., Diversity & Inclusion. HR presentation etc
• Security Management: Supervising and monitoring the performance level of Security Staff. Trains security guard, Hires and onboards new security guards.
• Attendance Management: Wil be responsible for complete Time Attendance process of Contract labour, Permanent staff/ worker within plant.
• Plant Administration: Round up within the plant for checking with necessary safety protocols following, Regular coordination with plant and production SPOCs for day-to-day admin related support.
• Utility payments: Processing Vendor Bills. Pre-check of agency bills with respect to amount Calculation, Approval, Vendor Name, Address, PAN, GST etc. Raising Vendor Bills in System for payment processing.
Candidate Profile:
• Education: Graduate, Diploma/ MBA in HR
• Experience: 7 -12 yrs of experience
• Must have working experience in the field of employee engagements, contract labour management, time attendance, Canteen Management, Plant admin
