Job Summary We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Executive to join our digital team. You will be responsible for managing our online store, product listings, digital marketing activities, and customer experience across ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces. If you have a passion for online sales, product optimization, and data-driven decision-making, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other ecommerce platforms Update product titles, descriptions, images, and prices for maximum visibility and conversion Monitor stock levels, orders, and returns; coordinate with warehouse/logistics for smooth operations Track and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and marketing ROI using Google Analytics, Excel, and platform dashboards Ensure listings are SEO-friendly and compliant with platform guidelines Respond to customer queries and manage ratings, reviews, and feedback on ecommerce channels Keep up-to-date with ecommerce trends, competitor activities, and market changes Required Skills and Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce operations, digital marketing, or online sales Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics Good understanding of SEO, product categorization, and catalog management Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills (Bonus) Familiarity with CRM tools, inventory management software, and email marketing platforms Freshers are welcome.
