Job Description: PFL Food Pvt Ltd is seeking a meticulous and highly motivated E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's online sales and marketing strategies. This includes developing and implementing effective ecommerce campaigns, analysing customer behaviour and market trends, and optimizing the online shopping experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing. Strong understanding of online sales strategies and best practices. Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Skills SEO Google Analytics Email Marketing Content Management Systems (CMS) Excel Social Media Marketing E-commerce Platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth. Manage online product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization. Monitor and analyse website performance and user behaviour data. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and promotions. Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations. Track and report on key e-commerce metrics and KPIs. Oversee the maintenance and update of the company’s online store. Languages: Basic fluency in English and Hindi. Residency: Can easily commute to Thane Working Conditions: Days : Monday to Saturday. Timing : 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM For Freshers and Experienced both Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Salary may vary depending on experience and qualifications).
