Roles & Responsibilities
1. International Product Listings & Market Customization
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings on global platforms (e.g., Amazon Global, Etsy, eBay, Shopify).
- Customize descriptions, specifications, and visuals for regional preferences (language, voltage specs, certifications like CE, UL, etc.).
- Ensure accurate translations and local compliance (especially for regions like the EU, US, and Australia).
2. Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct competitor and pricing analysis in key international markets.
- Identify emerging trends in lighting and home décor internationally.
- Suggest product variations (e.g., plug types, color temperatures) based on local demand.
3. Logistics and Fulfillment
- Coordinate with logistics teams and couriers for cross-border shipping (FedEx, DHL, Aramex, etc.).
- Handle customs, duties, and documentation requirements for different regions.
- Monitor delivery timelines and manage international returns/exchanges efficiently.
4. Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Support PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Amazon Sponsored Ads) targeted at global audiences.
- Run geo-targeted promotions and discount strategies on international holidays or events (e.g., Black Friday, Singles Day).
- Collaborate with influencers or resellers abroad.
5. Customer Service and Localization
- Manage international customer queries across different time zones.
- Ensure high-quality communication and after-sales support.
- Monitor reviews and ratings across regions, and implement improvements based on feedback.
6. Analytics and Reporting
- Track sales performance by region, product type, and campaign.
- Provide insights into ROI of paid ads and international marketing spend.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with action items.
7. Compliance & Certification Management
- Ensure products meet electrical and safety standards in target countries (e.g., CE, RoHS for Europe).
- Maintain accurate documentation and labeling in line with local regulations.
