Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory on Amazon & Flipkart Indian Marketplaces for Merchant & FBA
Monitor and update product availability, stock levels, and pricing regularly.
Handle order processing, returns, and cancellations in coordination with warehouse/logistics.
Create, optimize, and update product catalog and content to enhance visibility and sales.
Track account health, product performance, and reviews to ensure compliance.
Coordinate with Amazon/Flipkart support for any issues, disputes, or escalations.
Monitor promotions, campaigns, and deals to boost visibility and conversion.
Generate reports on sales, returns, and inventory to support business decisions.
Keep up-to-date with policies, guidelines, and trends on both platforms.
