Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience managing product listings, operations, and growth strategies on multiple e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Etsy, Blinkit, WoodenStreet, Pepperfry, and Shoppers Stop. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maximizing product visibility, optimizing listings, and driving marketplace sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end product listings across multiple online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Etsy, etc.)
Ensure accurate, compelling, and SEO-optimized product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
Monitor daily sales, orders, and stock status; coordinate with the warehouse and logistics for smooth order fulfillment.
Handle marketplace panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.) for order processing, inventory sync, and pricing updates.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, Lightning Deals, and coupons in coordination with the marketing team.
Track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, returns, ad performance) for all platforms.
Resolve customer queries, negative reviews, and return/refund escalations with a professional approach.
Coordinate with account managers from marketplaces for growth opportunities and advertising support.
Manage marketplace advertising campaigns and sponsored listings for increased visibility and sales.
Regularly audit listings and competitor activity to suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce operations on leading marketplaces.
Strong understanding of product listing optimization, SEO for marketplaces, and inventory control.
Familiarity with seller panels like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Etsy Shop Manager, etc.
Experience working with lifestyle/wellness/home or electronics categories is a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
Preferred Platforms:
Essential: Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Etsy
Preferred: Blinkit, Pepperfry, WoodenStreet, Shoppers Stop, Tata Cliq, etc.
Knowledge of marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) is preferred.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
