Job Role:
We are looking for a passionate E-Commerce Executive (Fresher & Experienced) with prior experience in the jewellery industry. The role includes handling complete online jewellery operations across marketplaces & D2C platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Product listing, catalog creation & SKU management
* Maintain accuracy in gold/diamond/gemstone details, pricing & certifications
* Order processing, packaging, dispatch & delivery tracking
* Inventory management & stock reconciliation
* Pricing, offers & promotional campaigns coordination
* Handle returns, exchanges & customer queries
* Ensure marketplace compliance & SLAs
* Prepare MIS reports & performance dashboards
* Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, marketing, accounts)
Required Skills:
* Jewellery E-Commerce Operations
* Marketplace handling (Alibaba, Ebay, Catawiki, Shopify)
* Product knowledge (Gold, Diamond & Gemstones)
* Inventory & Order Management
* Pricing & Promotions
* Customer Handling & Compliance
Requirements:
* 2–5 years experience in Jewellery E-Commerce
* Strong knowledge of SKUs, pricing & customer expectations
* Experience with high-value product handling
* Immediate joiner preferred

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
