Job Title: E-Commerce Executive Location: Bhandup Company: CN India Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. Job Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and proactive E-Commerce Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of product information across multiple online platforms. Your work will play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to excellent customer service and data integrity. Key Responsibilities: Product Info Management: Maintain and update comprehensive product information, including pricing, specifications, barcodes, and associated details across platforms using website management tools and ERP systems. Product Onboarding/ Offboarding: Oversee the listing and delisting process for products, across various platforms as per business requirements. Promotions Management: Prepare, execute, and conclude promotional activities, by researching upcoming promotions, calculating prices based on discounts, and incorporating promotion mechanics into pricing strategies. This includes managing representative deals, applying new promotional offers, and removing expired promotions from previous months. Rebate and Deal Processing: Accurately calculate and process promotional rebates and representative deals, maintaining a clear and accurate record of each transaction. Category Management: Organize and streamline product categories, especially new ones to enhance site navigation and user experience. Catalogue Preparation: Prepare and organize data for the monthly catalogue, including creating wholesale offer sheets and calculating prices based on discounts. Ensure all promotional offers are accurately represented in the catalogue. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure that product data aligns with company objectives and reflects the latest market trends. Data Integrity and Quality Control: Regularly audit product information to identify and correct discrepancies, maintaining a high standard of data integrity. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a structured approach to data management, and strong collaboration skills.
