Co-Founder Wanted: Help Us Scale Latin Brands in U.S. eCommerce

Hi, I’m Juan David, founder of Expansora. Previously, I built and sold Waykana, an Amazon-native beverage brand that scaled from Ecuador to the U.S. market.

Now, at Expansora, we help LATAM brands expand cross-border through Amazon, Shopify, and other DTC platforms. We’re a results-first agency with early traction, U.S. incorporation, and a growing portfolio of active clients.

We don’t just “manage” stores — we build scalable systems, drive growth, and bridge cultural and operational gaps between Latin America and the U.S. Our services span:

Full-service Amazon/DTC ops

Fractional teams for eCommerce founders

Performance-based partnerships

👯 Who We’re Looking For – Cofounder & COO/Head of Ops
You are:

An ISTJ or ESTJ (or you just love structure, checklists, and fixing inefficiencies)

Experienced in eCommerce operations: Amazon, Shopify, or DTC backends

Fluent with tools like Google Sheets, Helium10, Zapier, PM software

Interested in tech automation, team systems, and scaling processes

Bilingual (ideally), and culturally fluent between U.S. and LATAM

You’ve likely:

Run your own Amazon or DTC store

Scaled an eCom brand or led ops at an agency

Built systems to support client or revenue growth
