Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ensure accurate tracking, and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Order Fulfillment: Coordinate packing and shipping of customer orders, ensuring timely deliveries.
Logistics & Shipment Handling: Coordinate with shipping companies and couriers for inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain an organized warehouse layout to optimize storage space and improve workflow efficiency.
Team Coordination: Work closely with warehouse staff, providing clear instructions and ensuring efficient task execution.
Quality Control: Inspect products for quality assurance before shipping, and manage any return/exchange processes.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all stock movements, shipment details, and operational data in the system.
Problem-Solving: Address any operational bottlenecks, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
Coordinate with Tailors: Work with tailors to ensure timely stitching of products, meeting quality standards, and production timelines.

Requirements:
Prior experience is a bonus, freshers are also welcome to apply!
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to various aspects of operations.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and an eagerness to learn inventory management software.
