We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Executive to support and streamline our online business operations. In this role, you’ll manage order dispatch coordination, maintain and update our product catalog, and work closely with our external marketing agency to execute campaigns and drive online growth. Responsibilities
???? Order & Dispatch Coordination
• Monitor and manage online orders across platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Meesho among others)
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Handle order issues, returns, and escalations in coordination with customer service
???? Product Catalog Management
• Upload new products, update descriptions, specs, and pricing
• Ensure accuracy in product listings, tags, categories, and images
• Coordinate with design/content teams for creative assets
???? Marketing & Agency Coordination
• Act as the primary liaison with external agencies
• Share campaign inputs, new product launches, stock updates, and creative briefs
• Track campaign performance and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders
???? Platform Operations & Reporting
• Maintain day-to-day operations of our online store(s)
• Monitor website performance, order flow, and product availability
• Assist in generating weekly/monthly performance reports (sales, traffic, returns)
Qualifications
• 0 - 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital retail
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or Meesho
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (ads, email, SEO)
• Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with tools like Canva, Trello, or Notion is a bonus
• A team player with great communication and coordination skills
