Key Responsibilities
Accurately input product details into Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms, including product titles, descriptions, images, prices, and specifications.
Ensure that all product listings meet company standards and guidelines.
Perform regular updates and revisions to product listings, ensuring they remain current and relevant.
Work closely with the inventory and marketing teams to ensure product availability and accurate promotions.
Research and gather relevant information about products from manufacturers and suppliers to ensure accurate listings.
Monitor and report on product performance and suggest improvements as necessary.
Manage and maintain spreadsheets for product data and other related documentation.
Assist with order processing and other data-related tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in e-commerce data entry or product listing (Amazon/Shopify preferred).
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon and Shopify.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to ensuring accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of SEO principles for product listings is a plus.
