Job Description
You are the detail-oriented and hands-on Shopify / Website Operations Executive responsible for managing the day-to-day functioning of the D2C website in the Beauty & Personal Care space. You understand Shopify backend operations, website management, product catalog management, and conversion-focused website execution, and thrive in a fast-growing consumer brand environment.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage daily operations of the Shopify website to ensure smooth performance and zero downtime
- Update homepage banners, collections, landing pages, and promotional sections
- Coordinate with developers for bug fixes, integrations, and improvements
- Upload and manage product listings, descriptions, images, variants, and pricing
- Maintain collections, categories, and inventory accuracy
- Ensure SEO-friendly and conversion-optimized product pages
- Monitor order flow, checkout journey, and payment gateway performance
- Manage Shopify apps, integrations, and discount configurations
- Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and customer experience teams
- Track website KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and best-selling SKUs
- Use Shopify analytics and Google Analytics to generate insights
- Suggest improvements to enhance user experience and conversion
• *Qualification Required:**
- Hands-on experience managing Shopify backend for D2C brands.
- Strong understanding of product listing, catalog, and inventory management
- Experience with payment gateways, order management, and Shopify apps
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, website metrics, and conversion optimisation
- Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS is a plus
