Job Description:
• To act as the first point of contact for the Director & Head-HR’s office and provide clerical support and general officesupport for the Director's office and the HR Department.
• Responsible for the coordination of entire administrative functions and/or performance of administrative work that supports the HR Department.
• Provides other support to the Director and office staff, such as maintaining the Director & Head HR's calendar, scheduling meetings andevents, making travel arrangements,working with vendors to help facilitate special events and programs, preparing correspondence and documents like Meeting minutes, etc.
• Interaction with people at all levels within and outside the university, often in sensitive interpersonal situations.
• Responsible for simultaneously handling multiple projects and priorities.
• Work requires identifying HR report needs and outlining detailed plans; relevant reports are initiated and coordinated through execution, implementation, and evaluation; work is often delegated through the Director &Head HR.
• Perform day-to-day essential duties, set priorities, and meet deadlines with significant independence and minimal supervision.
• Should be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi working knowledge)
• Previous experience of 1 to 2 yearsin an HR function is preferred.
