Responsibilities:
• Design and implement engaging reading, writing, and phonics lessons tailored to the needs of young children.
• Foster a love for literature and language through interactive and age-appropriate activities.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support children's holistic development and address any concerns or challenges that may arise.
• Provide individualized attention and support to ensure each child's literacy development.
• Stay current with best practices in early childhood literacy instruction and participate in professional development opportunities as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching reading, writing, and phonics to young children.
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with parents and colleagues.
