Roles: 1 x Diploma Qualified Educator + 2 x Certificate III Educator (1*25 hours and 1 *Full Time), 1 x Early Childhood Teacher + 2 Early Childhood Trainee
Pay & Perks
Diploma: $73,963.10 – $85,057.56 + 12% super
Cert III: $63,676.98– $73,228.61 + 12% super (Pro-rata)
Early Childhood Teacher: $ 90,651.43 - $ 104,249.13 + 12% Super

1 Diploma position at Bronte EEC
1 Full Time and 1 Part time Cert III (25 hours) position available at Waverley EEC
1 Early Childhood Teacher available at Gardiner EEC
2 Early Childhood Trainee position at Bronte EEC and Mill Hill EEC
Annual Award increases & additional leave entitlements
Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 hour rotating roster, between 7:30 AM – 6 PM

About the Roles
As an Early Childhood Educator, you’ll:
Create meaningful learning programs guided by the Early Years Learning Framework
Promote children’s voices, inclusion, and wellbeing every day
Build strong, respectful connections with children, families & colleagues
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards
Contribute to a culture of reflection, growth & teamwork
The Early Childhood Traineeship offers:
35-hour week, which includes dedicated time for study, you will work towards a Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Gain workplace skills and knowledge under the direction and support of a small team of passionate early childhood professionals.
12-month traineeship with the potential to transfer to a Diploma traineeship, or casual work upon successful completion
An opportunity to provide education and care to children 0-5 years, assisting with the daily program, interacting with the children in structured programs and play, assisting with room set-up and routine activities.

Current First Aid & CPR (Early Education)
Child Protection training (CHCPRT025)
Cert III Educator (Float)
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (as approved by ACECQA)

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team and independently.
