HAPPY ZONE Daycare is Looking for Early Childhood Educator (R.E.C.E or other education in Child Studies) to join our centre.

Full time position with Medical and Dental Benefits.

2 week's vacation plus the week between Christmas and New Year.

Wage is based on experience and will be discussed with successful candidates.

What we'd love to see about you:

ECE Certification or Bachelor of Education in Childhood Studies from a recognized post-secondary institution
C.P.R and First Aid certification
Must be willing to have a Criminal Record Check and Medical check completed
A positive and fun-loving attitude
Tasks

Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children
Storytelling
Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs and taking children to local points of interest
Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs and preparing crafts
Provide opportunities to express creativity through the media of art, dramatic play, music and physical activity
Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits
