Your Role as an Educator:
As a Preschool Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and creating meaningful learning
experiences. Your key responsibilities include:
• Creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Planning and conducting play-based, inquiry-driven learning activities.
• Preparing interactive and creative materials for classroom activities and displays.
• Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and intellectual development through arts, music, storytelling,
imaginative play, and technology.
• Maintaining a high standard of classroom management and ensuring a safe, stimulating environment.
• Training and guiding classroom assistants in best practices for early childhood education.
• Building strong partnerships with parents through regular feedback and communication.
• Keeping records of children’s progress and preparing term-wise reports and portfolios.
• Leading curriculum discussions with fellow educators to enhance teaching strategies.
• Upholding Dibber’s educational philosophy and policies at all times.

We’re seeking educators who are passionate about early childhood education and eager to inspire the next

Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate in Psychology / B.Ed. / Related ????ield.
• 0-3 years of experience in early childhood education, preschools, or a related background. (Freshers
with passion for teaching are welcome!)
Essential Skills:
• Excellent communication skills – Ability to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills – Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Growth mindset – Willingness to learn, unlearn, and adapt to evolving teaching practices.
• Creativity & Innovation – A passion for engaging young learners through hands-on, interactive methods.
• Attention to Detail – Ability to maintain documentation, records, and reports accurately.
• Proficiency in MS Of????ice – Basic computer skills for research and curriculum documentation.
