Skills and Attributes:
Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
Creativity in lesson planning and classroom setup.

Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic childcare environment.
Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication tasks.
Qualifications:
Early Childhood Education Diploma or currently enrolled as an ECE student - we love mentoring new educators who are eager to learn and grow in the field of early childhood education.
Equivalent qualifications (such as Child and Youth Worker, Recreation and Leisure, or OCT) may be considered.
Experience in a licensed childcare or educational setting is an asset.
Knowledge of Ontario’s CCEYA and the CECE Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice preferred.
Wages
Non RECE: $21.00-$24.00/hr (including government grants)
RECE: $24.86-$26.86 (including government grants)
