Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll play a vital role in deepening the team's understanding of child development and early years content.
Guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework, you'll work together with the centre team to create a nurturing environment that supports every child's unique needs and abilities.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with centre teams to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children
Lead change and champion practice uplift and excellence within the centre
Work closely with the centre leadership team to ensure seamless implementation of centre-wide initiatives
Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content through coaching and mentoring

Requirements:
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current SA Working with Children Check
