G8 Education offers a comprehensive induction program for Early Childhood Teachers, providing 3 months of continued support and training. This allows new staff to collaborate, learn, and grow professionally, with an ECT Buddy offering additional support during the transition period.
Community Connection Sessions are also available, enabling new teachers to network with other Early Childhood Teachers, Teacher Registration Partners, and Practice Partners.

We require applicants to hold an ACECQA approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood), along with a current Blue Card. We prioritize child protection, safety, and wellbeing, maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for any form of child abuse or harm.
