Milestones Early Learning Woolgoolga, located on the picturesque Coffs Coast are looking for a Qualified Early Childhood Teacher.

About the Centre:
We are a 60 place centre set in Woolgoolga on the Coffs Coast of Regional NSW. We host 3 rooms, from 6 weeks in Nursery, 18m-3yrs Toddlers and our 3-5 Preschool Room. We have large outdoor environments, with a fixed structure play fort, sandpit and natural trees along our fence line. We have a strong focus on cultural diversity in our internal and external communities. We have also created a strong partnership with a sustainable partner Little Wings, a charity close to our centre staff hearts as we collect and recycle bottles and cans to fuel their planes. We are looking for the next Shining Star to join our team, and we are all about Serious Fun.
About the Role
Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room.
Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school and positive experiences within our community.
Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.
Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.
About You
An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
Relevant teachers’ registration (if applicable)
A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
