Hiring Incentives:
Vacations
Full-time employees are given two weeks paid vacation (4% of gross earnings) after one year.
After 5 years of continuous employment employees are given three weeks paid vacation (6% of gross earnings).
After 10 years of continuous employment employees are given four weeks paid vacation (8% of gross earnings).
After 20 years of continuous employment, employees are given five weeks paid vacation (10% of gross earnings).
Pay Range
No Post Secondary Education $16.47
Curriculum training- +0 hours online $16.47 - 18.54
ECE Certificate - $22.7+ - 25.35
Job duties will include:
Implementing and supervising daycare activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of children in the program.
Providing input into activity planning and provide support to Co-Workers
Maintain a welcoming, safe and healthy environment for children and their parents
Establish routines for children; providing them with positive guidance and building their self-esteem.
Ensure that equipment and the facility are clean, well maintained and safe at all times.
Clearly and effectively communicating in a manner which children understand.
Work as part of a team
Must work closely with parents and other professional support persons.
