Job Description
The successful candidate will have a love of science, be an exceptionally fun, bubbly person and happy to make silly faces, sing and teach science through play and experiments to happy little people all day!
Experience with children is essential and a good understanding of science, experience of following lesson plans and knowledge of the EYFS would be an advantage. Full training will be provided.
You will visit nurseries and pre-schools around York, teaching the children about science using our exciting experiments and demonstrations.
The sessions are all pre-planned and all equipment will be provided.
A car is essential to travel between the nurseries you will visit.
You will be paid for travel time between settings.
References and an enhanced DBS check will also be required.
