YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: SHAPING THE LANDSCAPE
As an Equipment Operator in our Earthworks team, you'll be hands-on, preparing and shaping the land for a huge variety of projects. From retaining walls to residential and commercial developments, you'll be the one making the ground work. This means you'll be busy with excavation, filling, carting, and compaction.
We're looking for experienced operators of these machines:
Excavators (20tn-50tn) skilled in Earthworks and Civil Works
Bulldozers
Compactors
Dump Trucks
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To hit the ground running, you'll generally need:
Experience in the Civil Works industry or something similar
A WTR endorsement
A Full Class 4 licence
A flexible attitude and a strong work ethic
A safety-first mindset
To be a NZ Citizen, Resident, or hold a current Open NZ Work Visa
Nice-to-haves (but not essential):
Compaction knowledge & experience
Experience driving trucks or other machinery
NDM (Nuclear Density Meter) Testing Certification
