Join Our Team as a Home Health Aide

About the Role:
The Home Health Aide assists residents with personal care, mobility, and non-medical duties. This includes helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, and exercising.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, hardworking, and dedicated to providing excellent care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, and exercising.
Report and record observations of treatments, tests, procedures, and collect specimens when indicated.
Observe and report any unusual incidents, physical, or mental changes.
Transfer, transport, and ****** residents as needed.
Perform light housekeeping tasks, including linen changes and laundry.
Prepare and serve meals as directed and ensure that dishes are washed and put away.
Place orders and pick up meals from the Dining Room.
Provide medication reminders.
Check blood pressure and pulse, if applicable.
Provide skin care, non-diabetic nail care, and minor non-sterile dressing care.
Provide catheter and/or colostomy care.
Assist with the application of compression hose, braces, or prosthetics.
Encourage independence, attendance at activities, restorative programs, and rehabilitation.
Act as a mandated abuse reporter.
Respond proactively and use the Emergency Call System in accordance with Community policy.
Requirements:
Home Health Aide 75-Hour certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid CPR Card
