Urgently Require A.G.M. Accounts from Hospitality sector (Hotel Line, Restaurant Line)
Job Description
• Indecently handle Accounts function of the company,
• Invoicing, revenue recognition, credit notes, debtors follow up,
• MIS reporting, Preparation of financial statements – Standalone and Consolidated, cash flow statements,
• Treasury management by effective investments as per approved investment policy,
• Ensure all internal controls are effective,
• Responsible for complete core accounting functions like accounting entries in Tally, TDS deductions/payments, quarterly e-TDS returns
• Preparing financials like Cash Flow Statement, Expense reports and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and handle Billing & Payment process. Manage accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash etc.)
• Maintaining the statutory accounts
• Preparation of Statutory Challan and returns
• Manage and Follow up on Accounts receivables through cash / cheque in a timely manner
• Responsible for sales invoices preparation, monthly GST payment calculation and finalization etc.
• Preparing monthly/quarterly/annually financial statement like balance sheet, P/L A/C.
• Proper accounting of GST liability, receipt entries,
• Handling statutory and tax audits,
• Prepare budgets, Department wise costing
• Partnering with business to improve growth and profitability,
• Expert in Microsoft Office , Word, Excel (with formulas), Power point, ERP Tally-+ and help desk support software
• MIS Reports/Balance Sheet/Profit & Loss Account
• Maintenance of Books of Accounts/Bank Reconciliation/Audit Statutory Internal/External
• Monthly/Half Yearly/Yearly Tax – Services Tax/GST/TDS
• Debtors/Creditors record updation
• Checking of Salary/PF & ESI Challan
Educational & Experience Require
• B.Com, M.Com, M.B.A. in Finance & Accounts & Minimum 5 to 6 Years related experience from Hospitality sector (Hotel Line, Restaurant Line)
Language Skills
• English & Hindi

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
