• to manage e-commerce back end portals of market place.
• have knowledge of SEO, SEM, SNM
• have knowledge of LinkedIn
• have knowledge of social media - FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, YOUTUBE, PINTEREST, TUMBLR, TWITTER etc.
• to be able to list products in Microsoft Excel alongwith dropbox
• to be able to take Amazon appointments for FBA
• to respond to India Mart and alibaba enquiries
• to be able to make projections and implement digital advertising including CPC and PPC
• have understanding of typical shipment, order handling, and reverse logistics scenarios in e-commerce including returns, rejections, cancellations, etc
• manage content for all of the above
• manage website of the company
