• This is a work-from-office opportunity.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
Responsibilities
○ Ensure stock is sold to maximize profit and achieve targets
○ Ensure high standards of customer service and eBay customer complaint resolution
○ Book shipments on eBay
○ Maintain eBay store feedback rating at above ++%
○ Maintain accurate records in all processes including sales, promotions, complaints, refunds, etc
○ Maintain high standards of stock organization and general housekeeping
○ Ensure stagnant stock is re-priced, represented, or returned to our warehouse for resale
○ Ensure confidential files and documents are kept secure
Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business
1+ years of eBay Store management experience preferred
Command of the English Language
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Office Timings: +:30 am - 6:30 pm (Including 1 Hour Lunch break)
Leaves: 12 Paid Leaves a Year
Holidays: 12 National Holidays
Appraisal: Based on Performance
