About Company: - Anduril Retail Pvt Ltd is a leading online seller of over 4000 products, mainly in lingerie and western wear range on national and global e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon / Flipkart / Snapdeal and many others and headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra.
We are looking an experienced and expert E-commerce Operations Executive to manage customer care, order management, product uploads, etc.

Position: - Ecommerce Operations Executive.
Experience: Min. 2 years

Responsibilities:-
Processing Orders of all portal.
Overall Management of our Amazon, Flipkart sellers account.
Managing Inventory of Uni-commerce.
Processing FBA Shipments for Amazon
Generating Invoices.
Attending to Customers calls and resolving their queries.
Good knowledge on Product Listing, Cataloguing, Keywords, Image Updating for Products on E-Commerce Portals and on Company Website.
Keeping track of scheduled pickups.
Act as a trouble shooter for any and all the issues pertaining to daily operations.
Ensuring that all the processes related to eCommerce operations are operating in smooth and timely manner at all times.
Enabling business vertical to meet its Revenue, Customer Service, Process and Improvement Goals.
Required Experience and Qualifications:-
Process-oriented and passion for details, finishing projects with a deadline, on time.
Effective presentation of information and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, highly organized with clear and concise communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Benefits:-
Week Off: Sunday.
Office Timing: Day, +:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience:
eCommerce Platform – Seller account like Amazon, Flipkart: 2 years (Required)
Order processing, removing Barcode, label stickers Sellers.: 2 years (Preferred)
Customer Service, Mail coordination, Product Management etc: 2 years (Preferred)
Order Fulfillment Tracking with courier partner.: 2 years (Preferred)
Monitoring the warehouse team with day-to-day operations.: 2 years (Preferred)
e-commerce sites, catalogue creation, Brown Tape and so on.: 2 years (Preferred)
Online Sellers portal: 2 years (Preferred)
Team management skills.: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
