Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Platform Management:
Listing and managing books on various e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
Update the product descriptions, images, pricing, and promotional content.
Order Management:
Ensured the processing, packing, and shipment of customer orders.
Tracking all orders and monitoring delivery status.
Customer Service:
Answering customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and obtaining positive reviews.
Sales and Marketing:
Planning and executing promotional campaigns and offers to increase sales.
Conducting market research and competitive pricing analysis.
Reporting and Analysis:
Preparing sales reports and analysis and maintaining an Excel of all orders.
