Good in communication
Customer service skills in any e-commerce market place over voice.
Interpersonal skills and should have patience.
Knowledge in E-commerce marketplace sites.
Location- Princess Business Skyline, Vijay nagar, Indore
Salary- Based on Market Standard.
Experience- 0.6-3 Years
Desired Candidate Profile:
Immediate joiners are preferable
Ready to work from office
Graduates are eligible.
One must have confident English communication skills.
Average computer skills.
The ability to solve the customer's queries quickly.
Worked in any voice E-commerce process.
For this they are also required to have good listening skills and having a neutral accent will only help.
