Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Ecommerce Management Intern to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our online store, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Website Orders: Monitor incoming orders and ensure they are processed in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability.
Update the online platform with order statuses and tracking information.
NDR (Non-Delivery Report) Management: Address and resolve any issues related to undelivered orders.
Coordinate with the logistics team to understand the reasons for non-delivery and take corrective actions.
Ensure timely communication with customers regarding any changes or updates to their orders.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Provide product information and assist customers with order-related issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction by offering solutions and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
Coordinate with Fulfillment Team: Work closely with the fulfillment team to get orders ready for dispatch.
Ensure that orders are packed correctly and include all necessary items.
Coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch of orders.
Order Fulfillment: Oversee the end-to-end process of order dispatch, from packing to delivery.
Ensure that all orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
Monitor and report any issues or delays in the fulfillment process.
