Job Description
Driving sales on E-Commerce Platforms in International Markets To manage all aspects of eCommerce and key accounts with cross-functional activities including the website.
Inventory management with the internal teams and executing shipments from production to devliery in USA Preparing catalogue sheets for listing products including catalogue details such as titles, descriptions, keywords and so on.
Good knowledge of all eCommerce portals - specifically Amazon.com
Optimizing and modifying the existing product titles, keywords, descriptions & prices to increase the product visibility and hence sales.
Ensuring the existing product online is listed properly with correct data and images.
The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience of the entire eCommerce operations ecosystem.
Experience in handling errors via bulk sheet upload.
Manage service quality and customer satisfaction.
Understanding of Competitors' performance, e-commerce strategy, and new product promo. Research and analysis of new products that can be launched Analyse conversion numbers, prepare and report to management on a daily basis
Co-ordinate with commercial team & logistics to ensure shipment dispatch Skills: Excel proficiency Quick Learner Negotiation Skills Execution Management Analytical skills Business presentation skills
