Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Manage and update product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopsy, and Etsy, ensuring accuracy and appealing presentation.
2. Monitor and optimize website performance, ensuring smooth navigation, user-friendly interface, and seamless transactions.
3. Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase sales.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and timely delivery to customers.
5. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
6. Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling returns or refunds.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the retail industry.
3. Proficiency in managing product listings and content on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopsy, and Etsy.
4. Sound knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
5. Strong analytical skills to track and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling product descriptions and marketing content.
7. Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
