Job Title: ECommerce Manager Location: Thane Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic eCommerce Manager to lead our online sales initiatives for LED lighting products and manage the L&T sufin online sales and RFQ (Request for Quotation) platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing eCommerce strategies to drive online revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and expand our digital presence. Key Responsibilities: eCommerce Strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to increase online sales, market share, and profitability. Online Sales: Manage the entire online sales process, from product listings and pricing to order fulfilment and customer support. Platform Management: Oversee the L&T sufin online sales and RFQ platform, ensuring timely responses to RFQs, accurate product listings, and a seamless user experience. Website Management: Manage and optimize the company's eCommerce website, including content, product pages, and checkout processes, to enhance user experience and conversion rates. Marketing and Promotion: Plan and implement online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and sales. Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent post-sales support. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website traffic, sales performance, and customer behaviour using analytics tools. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies. Inventory Management: Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels, ensuring product availability and timely delivery to customers. Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adapting strategies accordingly. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and supply chain, to align eCommerce initiatives with overall business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience in eCommerce management, preferably in LED lighting or related industry. Strong understanding of online sales strategies, platforms, and tools. Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify) and online marketplace management. Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Exceptional project management and organizational abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
