Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions and listings that highlight the unique features and quality of our jewelry.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to e-commerce sales promptly and professionally.
Maintain inventory levels and manage stock to ensure product availability.
Conduct regular audits of e-commerce platforms to ensure product information accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, Etsy, and similar sites.
Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of design and photo editing software like Photoshop is a plus, but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve sales performance.
